Highwire walking isn’t just a challenge—it’s a shared experience of trust, focus, and true teamwork. This workshop goes beyond the typical “fun day out” by creating space for authentic connection and personal growth.
No need for athletic skills, bravado, or competition. Just presence, curiosity, and the support of your team. Together, you’ll step onto the wire—slowly, steadily—and discover how balance on the wire mirrors balance in yourself and in your team. It’s not about performance. It’s about trust and the courage to each take that first step.

What can your team expect?
With over 10 years of experience and solid expertise, we create a safe environment where everyone can learn wire walking. In this 3-hour workshop, your team will learn to balance a tightwire using a 6 meter long balancing pole – starting at just 0.5 meters high and up to 2 meters!
Workshop Flow:
- Welcome & Introduction
- Icebreaker & group warm-up games
- Introduction to wire walking – the basics
- Practice in small groups
- Time to walk the wire!
